In an immersive series of workshops with Sanlam's leadership, we dove deep into the evolving essence of their offerings and the varied content appetites of distinct personas. This foundational phase was crucial in designing customer journeys that resonate with personas with varying needs, such as a first-time investor vs a seasoned and technically astute discretionary fund manager.
